Voici un régime conçu specialement pour renforcer le system immunitaire.



THE PROGRAM I AM NOW

May eat the following “good foods” (if they agree with you)

FRUIT: Blue berries, avocados, lemons ,limes, olives in brine and grapefruit

FRUIT JUICES: None SWEETENERS :None

VEGETABLES: All fresh vegetables (if possible organically grown). But the following can be eaten fresh, frozen or cooked. Asparagus, beetroot, broccoli, Brussels sprauts,cabbage,carrots,cauliflower,celery,cucumbers,eggplant,capsicum, greens including spinach,mustard,collards,lettuce,okra,onions,potato,parsley,radishes,

soybeans, string beans, tomatoes, turnips, Lima beans, peas, squash, acorn butternut squash, sweet potatoes, etc. All of cabbage family of vegetables should be lightly cooked and Rosemary leaves or Rosemary herb powder added to them as this combination stabilises the hormones of both males and females increasing well being provided that the animal content of the meal is relative low. Eat lots of leafy green vegetables as this is the best source of calcium and magnesium; reduce the amount of meat you eat

CEREALS: Freshly rolled oats groats or rolled oats, not the one minute type. Whole grains; barley, buckwheat ,millet, oats, brown rice and wheat, etc. Buckwheat pancakes are OK. All grains should be cooked for a longer than normal time.Avoid any leftovers especially rice as it is very susceptible to aflatoxin(fungal toxin that may cause cancer). Avoid all processed cereals.

NUTS: All nuts and seeds are OK. Peanuts and anything made from peanuts should be totally avoided unless certified aflatoxin free.

OILS: Organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil minimum 1 dessertspoon daily in or on food. Coconut oil is anti-fungal.

CULTURED FOODS: Soy yogurt and soy kefir are excellent foods so are the Tofu, Miso and Tempeh.

BREADS AND WHOLEMEAL PASTA: Yeast free sour-dough wholemeal bread is the best. Wholemeal pasta (organic if possible) always cook in boiling water and throw that water away and rinse in fresh hot water.

COCONUT PRODUCTS: Use them freely as they are anti-fungal (shredded, oil, cream, fresh, etc)

PROTEIN:A vegetarian regime is the best but not everyone can do it. Organic hormone free chicken and beef is OK. Lamb is OK. Free range eggs should be OK. Deep sea fish like salmon and sardines are good. Keep away from tuna and farmed fish.

CELTIC SEA SALT: Use at least 1 ¼ teaspoons in cooking and on your food every day-builds good blood

WATER: Local council water can become heavily contaminated with fungus and mould, which is not filtered out. Boiling deactivates some fungus and mould and UV light (exposure to sunlight) de-activates some other moulds and fungi. Fluoride and chlorine can cause health problems as medical literature suggests. A good filter for pure water will assist in good health.
